A Legacy of Unity and Impact
The History of the Association Of International Dynamic Educators, Inc.
The Association of International Dynamic Educators, Inc. was conceptualized on July 6, 2021, and founded on July 20, 2021. It emerged as a visionary initiative driven by a shared commitment to advancing internationalization through the new era’s research developments. Since its inception, the association has evolved into a dynamic and influential force, leaving an indelible mark on research.
In the early years, Dr. Lynne Aguisando Ciocon visualized something that would benefit educators and other professionals worldwide. She shared this vision with a small group of passionate individuals fueled by a shared vision. These individuals came together to address a pressing need or seize an opportunity within their field. United by a shared purpose, these pioneers laid the foundation for the Association of International Dynamic Educators, Inc. Their dedication and collaborative spirit set the stage for the association’s growth and impact.

Throughout its history, AIDE, Inc. has been fortunate to have visionary leaders at its helm. Each leader brought unique insights, skills, and a steadfast commitment to advancing the association’s mission. Their leadership has been instrumental in shaping the organization and ensuring its continued success.
Through its AIDE Journal Publication, the organization has forged connections with schools and colleges, providing a platform for academic collaboration and intellectual exchange. By facilitating the publication of research and scholarly work, AIDE has enriched the educational community and promoted knowledge-sharing, benefiting educators, students, and institutions alike.
AIDE also stands out for its unwavering support of educators. By connecting teachers to universities and facilitating their pursuit of master’s and doctorate programs, the organization has enabled many to elevate their qualifications. This has led to increased earning potential and professional growth for many educators.
Financially, AIDE has extended assistance to deserving individuals and institutions, ensuring that financial barriers do not impede access to opportunities. Furthermore, the organization has offered free research colloquiums and ‘Baliksaliksik’ programs in the Philippines, which are research exchange programs aimed at promoting the return of Filipino scholars to their home country, fostering a culture of research and inquiry that drives innovation and informed decision-making.
The cumulative impact of AIDE, Inc.’s initiatives is immeasurable, touching the lives of individuals and strengthening communities.
